Special Assistance For Car Parking

Cardiff Airport is committed to providing the best service possible to passengers with reduced mobility who require special assistance through their journey at the Airport. To that end, we offer a dedicated service and have dedicated parking spaces available in both the Short and Long Stay car parks.

There is a help button placed on every entry and exit barrier. Customers requiring assistance should press for help at our special assistance call points located in every car park and staff will be on hand to deal with your requirements. Ramp access is available from the Short Stay car park to the main Airport terminal.

Click here for more information on the facilities available for passengers with reduced mobility.

Charges are the same as the short and long stay car parks.
