All passenger flights are cancelled as airlines have suspended services. Customers should check with their airline, tour operator or travel agent to ensure they have the latest information. Do not travel to the airport.

As the situation is constantly changing it is unclear when flights will resume. A number of airlines are offering more flexibility for future bookings to allow for any changes that are needed, this gives our passengers the confidence they can book and travel or amend their plans.

The Executive Lounge is now closed. Please contact the company used to make the booking to process a refund.

The T9 bus service between Cardiff City Centre and the Airport is suspended until further notice. There are no buses operating to and from the Airport.

If you have pre-booked and paid for car parking in advance should contact the company used to make the booking. If you have a car park booking and you are delayed beyond your control, you will not be charged an overstay rate. Please proceed to the exit barriers and press the button for assistance- a member of the team will validate your parking and you will not be charged extra.

If you are due to return early from your trip and your car is parked in Meet and Greet, please ring 01446 712924 and the team will ensure your car is ready for your return.
On-site car hire facilities are closed, however if you have pre-booked a hire car, your booking will be honored.
