Meeting rooms are available to book at the airport, offering the following facilities:

Payment

Additional costs will be added in addition to the room hire charge for use of the following facilities and services:

  • 5% surcharge for use of the Airport's Indemnity Insurance
  • White Board/Flip Chart with Pens + one flipchart pad
  • Extra Flip Chart Pad for the Flip Chart will be charged at £10/pad
  • Rhoose Room - Use of Integral Screen to be charged at £10/day or part day
  • Rhoose Room - Use of Integral Projector to be charged at £75/day or £40/half day

All the above costs are quoted exclusive of VAT which will be charged where applicable.

Both meeting rooms can be accessed by lift from the ground floor of the terminal.

Refreshments and buffet lunches can be arranged directly through our recognised catering suppliers - details available on request.
