Are you dropping off or picking up using a coach of 40 or more passengers?

Only pre-authorised coaches will be allowed entry to the Terminal forecourt for dropping off passengers and coaches will not be permitted entry unless prior notice of their arrival has been provided and approved by Cardiff Airport.

Coaches MUST use the left hand exit lane to exit the Terminal forecourt. Alternatively coaches may use the LONG STAY 1 car park for disembarking OR collecting passengers. Please note that this car park is a short walk from the main Terminal Building.

Use of this facility is free of charge up to 20 mins thereafter normal tariff charges apply.

Coach companies with clients forming unique groups e.g. Sporting Teams, Special requirements or VIPs can contact Cardiff Airport to discuss specific pick up or drop off arrangements.
