Cardiff Airport Fire Training

Cardiff Airport Fire Training centre offers bespoke training for firefighters. Our trainers are highly trained, practicing fire and rescue specialists, who combine hands on experience with great teaching skills to develop high quality training in Industrial and Aviation fire-fighting.

The Oshkosh HRET course offered at Cardiff Airport provides delegates with the unique opportunity to spike real aircraft. Cardiff Airport is the only training centre in the UK to offer this bespoke training.

Courses Available:

• 3-day Instructor Training Course

• 2-day Operator Training Course

• 1 Day Piercing-Only Course

All courses are taught on a 1:3 ratio with fully qualified instructors and consist of theory and practical sessions delivered at Cardiff Airport’s Training Centre, based on-site, and at St Athan Airfield.
